Concrete, the basic ingredient in our products is a construction material that consists of cement, aggregate (generally gravel and sand) and water.

Concrete solidifies and hardens after mixing and placement due to a chemical process known as hydration. The water reacts with the cement, which bonds the other components together, eventually creating a stone-like material.

PRESTRESSED CONCRETE PRESSURE PIPES (P.S.C. PIPES)

IS CODE: 784-2001

DIAMETER RANGE : 300mm to 4000mm

Pre-Stressed Concrete is a method for overcoming concrete's natural weakness in tension. The PSC pipes serve as a critical input for wide range of applications such as water supply; Lift Irrigation and Drainage schemes which involve medium pressure.

We are committed to offer and extensive range in distinguished sizes, diameters and dimensions as per customer's requirements. The Production Lines are licensed by Bureau of Indian Standards for ISI Marking

PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE CYLINDER PIPES (P.C.C.P. PIPES)

IS CODE: 784:2001

DIAMETER RANGE : 300mm to 4000mm

Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes are rigid pipes designed to take optimum advantage of tensile strength of steel and of compressive strength and corrosion inhibiting properties of concrete. It consists of a concrete lined steel cylinder with steel joint rings welded to its ends wrapped with a helix of highly stressed wire and coated with dense cement mortar or concrete.

It has been extensively used for years for such applications as water transmissions and distribution pipelines, sewer force mains, cooling water systems and liners for pressure

2 tunnels. They are well suited for working pressures as high as 20kg/cm .

BAR Wrapped Steel Cylinder Pipes (B.W.S.C. PIPES)

IS CODE: 15155: 2002

Bar Wrapped Steel Cylinder Pipes multiplies steel strength by and protects the metallic corrosion using thick concrete/ mortar layers. CUL is the Sole manufacturer in India using SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) for producing steel cylinder full penetration joints which have higher strength than Fillet (overlap) welds with MiG (Metal inert Gas) welding.

CUL introduces Socket/Spigot Profile Joint Rings for Rubber ring joints. BWSC Pipes have been employed in Europe and USA since early 1940s as transmission and distribution water pumping mains, sea water mains and sewage water disposal mains. and is now being manufactured at our Jhansi facility.

Mild Steel Pipes (M.S. PIPES)

IS CODE: 3589:2001

DIAMETER RANGE : 500mm To 3000mm

Mild steel is the most common form of steel and possesses material properties that are acceptable for many applications, more so than iron.

MS pipes are manufactured by the process of Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). The procedure is controlled by an automated mechanism resulting in minimal human intervention. Both mortar coating and lining ensures complete protection from corrosion and other external environmental elements including internal humidity

Concrete Udyog Ltd. has undertaken significant projects in Northern India for supply and laying of MS Pipes and successfully commissioned the same.

Pre-stressed Cement Concrete Poles (P.C.C. Poles)

IS CODE: 1678: 1980

PCC Poles are essentially made of concrete which are inevitably less costly and more economically maintainable than the conventional steel poles. PCC Poles was one of the first ventures of our company and we are the leading manufacturers in Northern India catering to the states of UP, MP, Haryana and Rajasthan.

The company has attained specialisation in the production of PCC Poles having over 30 years of experience in the same and is well equipped with the standardized plant and machinery. The poles manufactured conform to the IS Standard specification 1678: 1980. It offers a wide variety of poles which includes 8M, 8.5M, 9M and 11M which have been, from time to time, customized as per the requirements of its customers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipes (R.C.C. PIPES)

IS CODE: 458-1988

Reinforced Concrete Pipes are large diameter concrete pipes, used commonly in water supply distribution system like sewerage, drainage, culverts and other irrigational facilities involving low pressure water supply.

R.C.C. Pipes are manufactured through a very unique method of Centrifugal Casting. A permanent mould is rotated about its axis at high speed while an appropriate concrete mix is poured. The concrete is centrifugally thrown towards the inside mould wall which results in high quality concrete pipes.
